Resistance Is Futile: A Borg Collective of Star Trek Memes for Starfleet Officers Strategically Using Nebulae to Distract Drones

Resistance is futile, they said… but it wasn't! I always considered it excessive to fire three quantum torpedoes at the Phoenix when one would completely obliterate, but on second thought, it can't hurt to be sure, right? If an entity like the Borg can over-engineer its ships to be functional when three-quarters of it is rubble, I can imagine it using a full salvo to retroactively defeat its main threat to dominating the galaxy. Then again, just one torpedo, be it Quantum or Photon, seems more than sufficient. However, that's the logic and calculation according to the Borg/Data. Apparently, three torpedoes elevate the chance of complete annihilation to a staggering 99.99%.
